Looking for extra space? Need somewhere to run an event or activity? We have rooms to hire that suit all sorts of needs, from a dance studio to a training room. We offer really reasonable rates and can also provide onsite catering. All our rooms have free wi-fi access and you can also rent laptops/projectors and flip charts for use.
Stephen Lawrence Room
This is one our most popular rooms, getting booked for everything from training to fitness classes. It’s a light and airy room that lends itself to multi-use.
Capacity: up to 50 for meetings, 15 fitness classes (52 metres squared)
Cost: £18 per hour
Facilities
This room has a hearing loop installed, access to iPod docking station, folding tables and chairs, projector screen. Ceiling to floor mirrors (can be covered to double up as projector screen). Wheelchair accessible.
Johnny Delaney Room
This is our largest room to hire and lends itself to a wide variety of events and activities. It is a bright and cheerful room, with a beautiful wooden parquet floor and some lovely original features. Layout can be altered to suit your requirements.
Capacity: Up to 50 dependent on layout (53 metres squared)
Cost: £18 per hour

Mandela Room
This is a small cosy room, perfect for smaller, more informal and one to one meetings.
Capacity: 12 for a relaxed meeting (24 metres squared)
Cost: £14 per hour
Facilities
This room is equipped with sofas, but we can put up folding chairs and tables if more formal use required. Wheelchair accessible.
Mary Seacole Room
This bright and airy room is perfect for activities such as arts and crafts or would work well as a break out room.
Capacity: 12 round a table (24 metres squared)
Cost: £14 per hour
Facilities
Wipe clean flooring, wheelchair accessible.
CommUnity Cafe
Our CommUnity Cafe area and kitchen are also available to hire for events, or parties outside of cafe hours.
Capacity: Seating available in cafe area for 50
Cost: ½ day £80, full day (6hrs) £150, plus £100 deposit
Facilities
Tables and chairs, fully equipped kitchen. Wheelchair accessible, direct access from Grosvenor Street.
Conference Room
This room is perfect for small, more formal boardroom meetings or for small group training. Please note this room is located upstairs and so is not accessible for those with mobility problems.
Capacity: 12 around table
Cost: £12 per hour
Facilities
Boardroom table and chairs. Additional desks. Self contained and lockable, so perfect for longer term hire.
IT Suite
Our IT suite is perfect for small group training that requires computer use or for more formalised meetings. Please note this room is located upstairs and so is not accessible for those with mobility problems.
Capacity: 15
Cost: £10 per hour
Facilities
Boardroom tables and chairs (flexible layouts), projector screen, 6 computers with internet access, direct access to small kitchen area and toilets.
